3 On The Go Breakfasts

I don’t know about you but I wake up hangryyyy pretty much on the daily. I get excited going to bed knowing that I’m going to wake up to my coffee and a delightful meal. But the downside of mornings is that I’m always short on time. I usually give myself about a 5 minute window to whip something up. I’m going to share with you three of my favorite on the go breakfasts that even a chicken with their head cut off would be able to make before running out the door.

A protein shake is a great way to start your day strong but so many contain fillers or taste chalky. After testing out several of the leading protein competitors I’ve finally found my ride or die morning shake. Silver Fern Kai Protein Meal Shake (www.silverfern.com) helps build lean muscle and also supports muscle recovery. It’s high in fiber (20g per serving) and contains 21 vitamins and minerals. Nothing is more simple than this recipe! All you need is one banana, two eggs, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mash the banana, combine all ingredients and cook away. They do taste very banana-ish which I personally love. Add a little honey or agave nectar and enjoy!
