Let’s face it…life is hectic. Over the past few months some curveballs came my way. And as a result my exercise habits suffered. As in I went from being a five day a week gym rat to maybe once or twice a week. No bueno. While the number on the scale isn’t going up my clothes are starting to fit a little different. It’s time to do something about it and I’d love to invite you on this journey! Let’s beat the odds of the holiday gain and get fit! I’m committing to a 30 day challenge where I plan to regain muscle, tone up, and lose inches. While it will be hard, it’s also going to be FUN!
